Cactus Investment Properties is legally structured as a privately held limited liability company (LLC) and is owned equally by a husband-and-wife team of Louie and Karen Gonzales.

Karen holds dual Master’s Degrees, in Leadership & in Quality. She has over 20 years in finance and business management where she has worked with large well-known corporations in Orange County, California. Louie has a Master’s Degree in Education and enjoys teaching part time.
We Love Our Community
Both Louie and Karen are retired Registered Nurses in California who have a passion for serving our community and helping people in vulnerable situations. Karen’s Nursing background includes critical care, psychiatric, risk management and patient safety. Louie has over 20 years in psychiatric care.
Together they have a blended family with their two sons, one daughter and son-in-law, and grandson. They enjoy spending time with their family and being outdoors with their two sibling German Shepherds.
